Background

Max has been involved in the transport industry since 1964. He operated his own fleet of trucks up to 1983. Since then he has continued to work in transport until 1997, when he attained his Workplace Accreditation and Instructors Licence. This was followed by his RTA Accreditation as a CBA Assessor.

For the past 11 years, Max has worked for Transport Education and Training Australia, Coastline Driving School and DECKA Training. During 8 years with DECKA Training, Max has received accreditation as a Multiple Combination Assessor and Workcover Accredited Forklift Assessor. He is also accredited as a Car Driving Instructor, however his interest lay in heavy vehicles.
